Cleanline Surf 30-Day Return Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return any purchase within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in new/unused condition, in original packaging with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • The manufacturer's original packaging that comes with your item and all accessories that may be part of the item must also be returned undamaged.
    • This is means if your item comes in a box (for instance a shoe box) you will need to ship it inside another box to keep it in new condition.
  • Cleanline Surf does not refund any shipping costs on returns unless the return was due to an error on our part.
  • Please inspect all items upon arrival for errors or defects and contact us immediately if there is any loss or damage.
  • If it is our error that is the cause for your return, we will reimburse your shipping costs to return your items.
    • This is actual FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority freight and will not include any packaging, preparing, or mailroom costs.
  • We will not reimburse for any Expedited Shipping:
    • Overnight, Next Day, 2nd Day, Air Shipping, etc.
  • Please allow approximately 3 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.
  • Returns for refund on special orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Surfboard Return Policy

You may return any new stock surfboard if it meets the following terms and conditions:

  • The surfboard was purchased new from our stock and was not special order
  • The surfboard must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The surfboard must be in new condition: never ridden or used in the water, never waxed, or damaged.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and any damage in transit.
  • A $50 restocking fee is applied to a new surfboard return.

Please note: We do not do traditional exchanges, so if you are looking for a replacement, please return your order for a refund and place a new order through our website.

*$10 Return Labels are available for orders shipped to the lower 48 states and excludes oversized items and some travel bags.
