The Water Hog is a good wave catcher — this mini-longboard bridges the gap between the more performance oriented M-13 hybrid model and the Channel Islands longboard line. It has low entry rocker for trimming and enough tail rocker to stay high performance. Bottom goes from flat entry with concave, to vee out the tail. For surfers of all skill levels who want to ride a ton of waves without riding a longboard.

Product Construction

Polyurethane/Polyester Resin
Building a board in PU means using a Polyurethane foam blank and glassing it with polyester (PE) resin . This is how the majority of today’s surfboards are built. It is not a new way to make a board, but the materials are very stable, strong, consistent, and easy to work with. Many surfers prefer the feel of PU boards because that is what they have ridden all their lives, and because they feel really good.

Gun Glass 6+4/6
CI's strongest stock glass is all guns and shortboards over 7'2" with one full layer of 6 oz. deck, one full layer of 4 oz. deck, and one full layer of 6 oz bottom making this the most durable.
